General Booking Policy Deposit A deposit is requested to secure your booking as definite. This is payable within 2 weeks of making the reservation and is equal to the first night’s accommodation cost per room. Your deposit can be made by cheque, money order, credit card or direct debit. The address is as shown below or on the contact us page. Please quote your name and address details on the back of cheques and money orders, along with the name the booking is made under. For direct debits, please include on the transfer our booking number and what name the booking is in. Refunds/Cancellations In the event of a cancellation your deposit will be refunded excluding a $20.00 fee. However, should you cancel within seven days of your arrival, your deposit will be non refundable. Should a guest fail to check in on the said date, a “no show” charge of the first night’s accommodation will be incurred. During peak seasons the deposit, once paid, will be non-refundable. Eg. Easter, Summernats and sell-out dates. We are a smoke free motel and cleaning charges will be incurred if you fail to adhere to this policy while staying at our property. For direct debits you must advise on the transfer our booking number and what name the booking is in. Refunds/Cancellations In the event of a cancellation we will refund 50% of your initial deposit. Should a group fail to show up to the property on the said date a “no show” charge of the first nights accommodation per room will be incurred along with a meals penalty equivalent to one day of meals. ie: Dinner, Lunch and Breakfast. Confirmed number of guests for your group will be those as at 30 days of arrival. No refund or adjustment will be made if confirmed numbers decrease within 72 hours of arrival. Large Groups Booking Policy Deposit We require a deposit to secure your group booking as definite followed by 3 instalments with the final balance paid on arrival. Details of the initial deposit and instalments are as follows: Due within 14 days of making the reservation: Due on or before 90 days of arrival: Due on or before 60 days of arrival: Due on or before 30 days of arrival: Due on or before arrival: Your deposit can be made by cheque, money order, credit card or direct debit. The address is as shown below or on the contact us page. Please quote your group name and address details on the back of cheques and money orders, along with the name the booking is made under. For direct debits you must advise on the transfer our booking number and what name the booking is in. Refunds/Cancellations In the event of a cancellation before 90 days of arrival we will keep 50% of your initial deposit. Should you cancel between 90 and 60 days of your arrival your initial deposit will be non refundable along with 50% of your 1st Instalment. Should you cancel within 30 days of arrival your initial deposit, 1st Instalment and 50% of your 2nd Instalment will be non refundable.
